Wilson County Schools students will be taking several surveys during the 2026-2027 school year. The surveys are listed below. Click the links to view the survey questions. If you would like to opt your student(s) out of taking the Panorama survey, you can do so by clicking the link below to the Student Survey Opt-Out Form. The deadline to submit the form electronically is Friday, September 18, 2026. We will collect data on Monday, September 21, 2026. If you choose to opt out after September 21, 2026, you will need to write a letter to your student’s principal.
Fall (October 5 -15 window) and Spring (February 8 - 19 window)
- Panorama Survey for grades 3-5 students
- Panorama Survey for grades 6-8 students
- Panorama Survey for grades 9-12 students
